W.A.Y.S. Weekly Update

Dear WAYS Community,

Hope you are having nice family time this week.  Our special education parents got their questions answered by our Resource teacher, school psychologist and speech therapist. On Friday many parents gathered for Coffee with the Principal, which I always enjoy. Yesterday our Kindergarten team of teachers went to literacy training, bringing all the new best practices back to our school.

W.A.Y.S. Weekly Update

Dear WAYS Community,

I hope you are enjoying your weekend.  It seems our autumn season is beginning to show.  This past week our students took their first official grammar test of the year.  Results will be available this coming week.  We also had our second DELAC (District English Language Advisory Committee) and

SSC (School Site Council) meetings.  Both were well attended and productive.  The next meeting is scheduled for October the 18th.  All WAYS community members are invited.
