Mrs.Neoma G. Lorenzo
Mrs. Lorenzo holds a Multiple Subject Clear Credential and a CLAD Certificate. She earned her Bachelors' Degree in Elementary Education (BSEEd) and her 28 MA units in Science at the Philippine Normal University in Manila, Philippines. She also went to Santa Monica College in CA to earn 15 more units in Early Chilhood Education. read more

Ms.Laurel Henry
Laurel Henry has been a kindergarten teacher for thirteen years.  Miss Henry has taught at Wisdom Academy for Young Scientists for three years.  Prior to teaching at WAYS, Miss Henry taught in another South Los Angeles Charter School.  She was in government administration for over twenty years before returning to school to pursue her credential.  read more

Hello my new WAYS family! This is my first year but prior to WAYS, I worked for another charter school in LA.  I believe in high expectations and will work hard to give as much help as possible to reach our goals.  I have a BA and Credential from CSU Long Beach and am finishing my MA at CSUDH.  I look forward to collaborating with the Ways family to allow our students to soar!
